My counselor recomended this book to me to help me heal my past of growing up in a dysfunctional family. It has been a life saver!! I have read many books and not one of them has helped me as much as this one!! I feel as if this book was wrote especially for me. It was written beautifully and with the grace of God I know it can help you too! I highly recommend this book!

The story of a man who lives his dreams.

I have the rare privilage to work with Delmar on a daily basis on aircraft. I have as well been blessed to fly with him on several occasions. He is as calm and cool in the cockpit as he is in the book. He has a video version of the book as well, and both complement each other so well that one will want to read the book, and see the video.

As for the book, it is an easy read, it is a story of a dream that anyone who has ever flown or wanted to fly will identify with. It's a romantic story of a by gone era when flying was the cutting edge of science, and the world made hero's of individuals with names like Lindburg, Doolittle, and Amelia Earheart. Delmar as a man has earned his niche in aviation history and folklore by not only dreaming about the golden era of aviation racing; he has built his dream and lived it. This is the type of man he is. The book inspired me to live my dreams too, and with his encouragement I will soon do that. Thank you Delmar, for being my friend, and for sharing your dreams with the world at large.

This is a book well worth reading, and for having. I keep mine on the living room coffee table for all to see. How I would love to be talented enough to fly the beast .....

Great Book to navigate through Meaningful Use and Healthcare IT

As a nurse in a leadership role, the mandated changes in health records are a challenge to navigate an organization through. In order to best position not only yourself, but also your organization, to be successful an accurate understanding of not only the legal requirements but also the technological advances and limitations is important. I had the opportunity to utilize this book working through my Medical Informatics program. This book is current, up to date, and incorporates the necessary technical information without being overwhelming to clinical individuals.

This is a wonderful book for someone who is new to Health Informatics. I used this book for a HIT class and it helped me through the entire semester. In fact, it is a good book for anyone at any level who wants to learn or even review about Health Informatics.

This book was a requirement for me a few semesters ago. I find myself referring back to this book even now for my other classes and also for work. (I work in a Health Informatics related job)

What I liked about this book:
1) The material it covers: Very useful stuff!

2)The layout. It is organized into different sections. (Ex: Consumer Health Informatics, Mobile Technology, Telemedicine). This makes it a very good reference book to go back to anytime.

3) It is written in a way that makes it easy to follow and understand.

Fantastic story

I did not read this until after I had seen the movie, so I had the visuals playing in my head as I read, down to Newt's awkward lovability and Jacob's wonder. Even without seeing the movie first, though, this screenplay gives you enough story to be able to appreciate the dangers of this new Wizarding world.

He has published dozens of papers and several book chapters related to UHMWPE used in joint replacement. He has pioneered the development of new test methods for the material in orthopedics. Dr. Kurtz has authored national and international standards for medical upgrade UHMWPE.

As a principle engineer at Exponent, an international engineering and scientific consulting company, his research on UHMWPE is supported by several major orthopedic manufacturers. He has funding from the National Institutes for Health to stdy UHMWPE changes after implanatation in the body, as well as to develop new computer-based tools to predict the performance of new UHMWPE materials.

Dr. Kurtz is the Director of an orthopedic implant retrieval program in Philadelphia which is affiliated with Drexel University and Thomas Jefferson University. He teaches classes on the performance of orthopedic polymers (including UHMWPE) at Drexel, Temple, and Princeton Universities.

Great teaching resource

I am a student teacher in fourth grade and love incorporating books into teaching math to the point I have bought several for each concept or standard. This is my favorite book for teaching perimeter and area because it is silly, fun, colorful and the students laughed the whole time while actually learning!!

I have really enjoyed this product. I have had no issues with it and have found everything to be great about it.
When I purchased this item it arrived brand new and in fantastic condition. It was packaged neatly and arrived in a timely fashion. I love prime shipping as I always get my products on time and they are packaged super nice so you never have to worry about if your product will be good or not.
This really takes the worry out of buying products like this at a discount from amazon. When I got this product I was very pleased and excited to use it. I can tell you that I still use this to this day and remained pleased with it. If ever this product breaks (which I doubt because of the high quality) I will be purchasing another of the same to replace it.
When a customer is not only willing but wanting to come back to the same product over and over again because they are so pleased that really says how great the product is. The price of this and the quality do not go together and the price is much lower compared to the quality of the product. I would recommend this product to anyone looking who may be curious if this is really what they need or not. I have been very pleased by it and I think you will be too. There is negative comments or concerns about this product that I can mention.
